Detecting punching hole at welding point
Feature
- This is a welding point detector. This is composed of projector, receiver and amplifier and detects punching hole at the welding point of steel plate which passes between projector and receiver
- It can detect punching hole with φ8mm or more.
- It can detect one-hole and two-hole by one unit and executes the output respectively.
- Projector provides monitoring function for light-emitting state.
- It can check the operation of receiver with external checking input simulatively.
- It can check the light amount margin of projector with safety function.

*1. One-shot output. Adjustable during 0.1 to 1sec *2. When stopping the emission of projector because of power failure or trouble of circuit or checking the operation of receiver by external checking input, it executes output if there are some troubles on receiver. *3. Even if emitting amount of projector is getting 1/10, it executes output when receiver has complete light-entering and light-receiving margin is enough.
