This product is a F&eIT bus conformity interface module for performing external equipment and parallel transmission with a GPIB interface. This module uses for to connect the microcontroller unit [CPU-SBxx (FIT) GY] of F&eIT series. For using GP-IB (FIT)GY, a driver software is required.

Since it is based on IEEE-488.2 standard, the various external equipments defined by this standard are controllable.
The GP-IB(FIT)GY can be simultaneously used for three sets to connect the CPU-SBxx(FIT)GY by carrying out the stack. To CPU-SBxx(FIT)GY, a stack is possible to eight sets including GP-IB(FIT)GY self.
As a GPIB controller, the equivalent to µPD7210C is used. Moreover, a long-term stable supply is possible.
Interruption of a slave side(IRQ5, 7, 9) can be used. A setup of hardware is unnecessary in order to perform an interruption setup by software.
The line read-out function of IFC and SRQ can perform each processing from application(With a latch function of IFC).
The module main part is equipped with 35mmDIN rail attachment mechanism as standard like other F&eIT series products. Moreover, since the connection with a controller unit has unique composition which carries out a stack connection on the side, it cannot use connection apparatus, such as a back plain board, but can constitute a system simply and smartly.
